finding difficult to get sleep ? Try this....
This is one type of meditation which i was taught during my school days.. I'm sure it helps 1000% for getting a good sleep.. please maintain a silence through out the process .
NOTE: Avoid all electronic gadgets (like phones, laptops, music players etc) near to you. Those are
the primary reasons which spoils the sleep. Better Switch off the lights before you start the process
so that you need not to getup again at the end of the procedure. No gadgets please. .
Step 3 : YOGA NIDRA (main meditation for getting sleep)
before going into main process , I would like to give some detail idea about our human body and chakra's present inside us. It helps you while doing meditation.. below is a picture of human body I would request you to see every organ in it one by one from toe to top.
remember which organ comes first and which organ comes later.. below is the size and shape of organs . please remember as possible as you can.
Once you remember the body organs , their shape and location come back to the main meditation part now

Step 1 : warm up meditation .
yes, before going to main meditation its good to have some warm up meditation . it will helps to reduce stress and makes your body relax. it is basic breathing meditation that every one knows .
1. sit comfortably on sleeping bed. Sitting position can be any position as your wish. generally padma asana or vajrasana is better.
2. close your eyes and sit still in your comfortable position.
3. take a deep breath. do not do it either too fast or too slow. just a normal deep breath is enough.
4. Wait for a second and then leave out the air. both inhale and exhale should be done only through nose . don't open mouth during this process.
5. Repeat the inhale and exhale process for 5 mins.
6. Concentrate only on inhalation and exhalation process . during initial stage one may get many thoughts in mind. but don't worry just bring the mind back.
7. After 5 mins , take a long deep breath . hold it inside as long as you can and leave it slowly. and be still for few seconds. then again -deep inhale ,- hold -deep exhale- hold - deep inhale -hold etc for 3-5 mins.. keep your full concentration .
now you feel like very relax. if not don't worry keep on practise daily you will get it in 2-5 days.

Yes , now sleep backward on your bed . Savasana simplest asana or position in whole yoga ;).
relax your body. adjust yourself and make comfortable. leave your hands and legs freely. close your eyes and feel like your body is weightless and floating in air.
2. Now close your eyes and start visualising your body parts from toe to top (from feet to head). visualise both external and internal body organs inside your body.
3. First start with left leg (visualize both bone and muscles) and right leg and private parts , small intestine , back bone , stomach , chakars(visualise chakras as white light) in stomach , liver , back bone and go to top , lungs heart , hands then head organs and stop at crown chakra.
4. Visualise all slowly one by one while your body is in savasana . feel like weight less yourself..
5. concentrate on crown chakra for some time. and then slowly go to yoga nidra or sleep.
Please don't divert your mind during whole process.
Practise this daily , i am 100% sure that you will find a change in you. You will identify many advantages including good sleep within few days..
